Enjoy the incredible Iguazu Falls and extend your visit to the amazing Ibera Wetlands, staying at Rincon del Socorro Lodge
Enjoy a traditional program that visits the incredible Iguazu Falls, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the new 7 natural wonders of the world not long ago. But add a special activity that you may find very interesting if you are a nature lover! It’s called Jaguar Talks & Beer with renowned local photographer Emilio White, who will share experiences about the role of the Jaguar in the region. Does it sound interesting to you? You won’t regret it, Emilio is an excellent host!
Upon arrival in Iguazu (you can arrive at Puerto Iguazu, IGR, or on the Brazilian side at Foz do Iguaçu, IGU), we will transport you to your hotel. Select from one of the outstanding lodging options we offer. Following check-in, our guide will be prepared to commence the inaugural activity in the region. Were you aware that the Iguazu Falls were recently acknowledged as one of the 7 fresh wonders of the natural realm? Well, allow me to inform you that today you will explore the Brazilian side of this extraordinary marvel of Planet Earth.
The excursion spans half a day and essentially consists of a bus journey through the jungle, featuring a 1500-meter pathway that provides an unmatched panoramic vista of the various waterfalls and the Devil’s Throat. The excursion concludes with a panoramic elevator ride and an exceptional view from the terrace.
During this outing, you have the option to include captivating activities such as a helicopter tour or a river cruise, or prolong your visit to explore the Bird Park further. Details of these optional activities are provided below.
Following the excursion, return to the hotel to unwind, although you may also opt to partake in nighttime activities if you desire.

For me, the most significant aspect of the Iguazu Falls resides on the Argentine side. This assertion is grounded in the vast expanse of the park, offering nearly 8 kilometers of pathways across three primary circuits: the Devil’s Throat, accessible via the Ecological Jungle Train, the Lower Circuit, and the Upper Circuit. The excursion commences with our guide picking you up from your hotel. Transportation to the park, inclusive of admission, marks the inception of the trail exploration. The excursion spans the entire day, concluding at approximately 5:00 p.m. Naturally, you have the option to incorporate an activity such as the Great Adventure, blending a jungle truck tour with a boat excursion culminating beneath the cascades, enriching your visit with adrenaline. Following this, return to the hotel and enjoy your evening with optional activities like attending a Tango Show or indulging in a gastronomic affair with The Argentine Experience.
It´s an afternoon activity, so your morning is fee, or you can add some of the optional activities you can see below. But, after that, we will pick you up from your hotel for our activity in La Lorenza.
Upon arrival at La Lorenza, Emilio White (nature photographer, author of the Iguazu National Park book, and member of the Yaguareté Project) will lead a 20-minute jungle walk to reach the house. While enjoying the sunset and tasting homemade empanadas, Emilio will share information and experiences about the role of the jaguar in the region, its ancient presence throughout Argentine territory from the north to Patagonia, current conservation programs, as well as monitoring techniques and the latest records of this majestic species in danger of extinction. The discussion will be enriched with firsthand stories about his experiences behind the lens and encounters with the most respected, feared, and admired of all the animals that inhabit the jungle. The meeting will end with legends, local beliefs, and other ways in which the inhabitants of these lands connect with the mysterious power of the jaguar.
Activity starts around 18 – 18.30 hs and ends around 20.30 / 21 hs, depending the season.

"the company worked with us to change flights a few times due to cancellations out of Ushaia. Also our guide was great and very helpful!
"Lucia at RipioTurismo did an excellent job arranging my three day Iguazu falls tour from Buenos Aires. Everything was included, except meals. All transport and tour arrangements were executed very well. It was very easy to communicate with the tour operator before and during my trip.
"We had a great tour guide - Lorena Cardenal. She was very calm, extremely knowledgeable about every little detail on Iguazú falls, flora and fauna. She and driver picked us up and dropped us at our hotel and border crossing was so easy with them. She let us spent as much time as we wanted and was cognizant of us taking rest whenever we needed. We saw both sides of Iguazu falls with her. Iguazu falls is so fantastic, no word can describe how beautiful it is and both sides have its own unique features, so see both sides as well as boat ride under water falls on Argentina side was awesome! She even made Matte for us to try, which she made and brought it for us next day. She was so gentle and caring about the park being kept clean. I highly recommend her as your private tour guide.
"Everything went very smoothly. No complaints at all! My guide Jorge was wonderful. I learned so much from him. Be prepared to walk a lot. Be sure to include the boat ride on the Argentina side. It is well worth it, but be prepared to get drenched! If you go to the Brazilian side, don’t think twice about taking the helicopter for -about $125 USD. It will give you a spectacular view even though it is a short ride. ( I didn’t have time to get to the Brazilian side to do it). I understand the hotels are wonderful, so if you go, do two days if you can. Passing all the information on to a travel agent I know to have anyone interested in going to Iguazu Falls to use this company! I flew at 6 am from Buena Aires to Iguazu Falls and flew back at 8:15! It is easily possible to do this Argentina side in a day.
"Jala, our guide as fantastic - fun, informative and attententive. The bus driver was great. All went well.
