Guests who choose the Dinner Experience arrive at 7:30 PM and begin the evening with the cocktail workshop. Guided by the hosts, you prepare a wine based cocktail and enjoy its pairing. You then continue to the empanada activity where you fold and fill your own creation.
A traditional Argentine picada follows, featuring provoleta, chorizo, black sausage roll, and smoked chicken. The centerpiece of the evening is a tenderloin steak served with seasonal vegetables. Dessert includes an alfajor making activity with dulce de leche and chocolate, and the night closes with a mate ceremony. The experience ends around 10:30 PM.
(Wine Tasting + Dinner)
Your evening begins at 6:15 PM with a guided tasting that introduces the history of Catena Zapata, one of the most influential wine families in Argentina. You will enjoy three selected wines paired with cheeses and regional tapas. This moment creates the perfect atmosphere to learn, relax, and connect with Argentine viticulture before transitioning into the main experience.
At 7:30 PM, you join the group for the interactive dinner. A cocktail session starts the night, allowing you to mix your own wine based drink with the help of the guides. Then you learn the repulgue technique while crafting your own empanada. The night continues with a picada of signature local flavors, followed by a generous steak course served with seasonal vegetables.
For dessert, you create your own alfajores using dulce de leche, chocolate fondue, and coconut shavings. The final ritual is the mate class where you prepare yerba mate from scratch and share this tradition with the group. The experience ends around 10:30 PM.

"We had a great time visiting Iguazu Falls from the Brazilian side. The one day visit which started from our hotel in Rio de Janeiro in the morning and ended with returning to the same hotel in the night went according to plan without any hitches. Our thanks to Walter who made all the arrangements for the visit.
"Our Iguazu Falls trip was great! A highlight of our time in South America. Jorge was a great guide. We arrived not knowing much about the falls, so we had to rely on Jorge to drive the itinerary which took a little prompting on our part. We did not realize that we would be so far from a city with restaurants, so be prepared to eat at the park lodge (which was pretty good).
"The Falls are SPECTACULAR! An incredible experience! Don't miss them from both sides. Devil's Throat ....AMAZING!!! The Boat trip under the falls great fun... The film took a while to come but is well worth buying and includes still photos. Chase company if late.
"I had such a good time at Iguazu. It is stunningly beautiful and the power of the water is awesome. Junior, who was our guide on the Argentina side, was excellent, and very helpful. He kept in touch with the boat trip team as there was some question if it would happen (water levels), took me to get the tickets and show me where to board, and really looked after me. Marcelo, who took us to Brazil, was also very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with. I must also add a note about the drivers. They were fabulous and obviously work very closely with the guides, and do everything they can to make sure you get to where you need to be. So thank you for providing me with an excellent tour of such a wonderful natural phenomenon. I have already recommended you to several people and will continue to do so.
"From beginning to end the team at IguazuFalls ensured that our time at las cataratas was incredible. Highly reccomend IguazuFalls for a curated experience of one of the great wonders of the world!
