The experience concludes with a delightful lunch (AM) or early dinner (PM) at La Lorenza’s main house. Relax and savor regional flavors while enjoying a chat with the hosts and a stunning view of the surrounding jungle.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The following penalties apply for cancellations:
DATE CHANGE POLICY
Date changes for reservations are subject to availability and price updates.
PLAN B POLICY
In case of storms with electrical activity or heavy rainfall that jeopardize the safety of individuals, and in the event of environmental conditions that prevent navigation on the river:
At La Lorenza, we do not cancel excursions due to rain. We are located in an eco-region called the Atlantic Rainforest, meaning intermittent rainfall occurs frequently, providing the jungle with renewed vitality.
For excursions involving the river, we wait for the rain to pass or proceed with rain ponchos. However, if we receive an alert for electrical activity from the Coast Guard or if there is heavy rainfall that puts people’s lives at risk, we will suspend the river activity for safety reasons. The activity will be replaced by the “La Lorenza Jungle and Culture” excursion (mate experience) on solid ground as a Plan B.
Plan B is also applied in case of environmental phenomena (e.g., rising or lowering river levels) that prevent navigation on the river.
The excursion offers two daily departures:
The activity duration is approximately 3 to 3.5 hours, excluding the 50-minute drive to and from Iguazu.
Participants are advised to bring the following items:
Additionally, passports or ID documents may be requested at checkpoints, so please remember to bring them with you. Note that when the river is low or it has rained, the shore may be muddy, and shoes might get dirty. The hosts offer to clean shoes superficially after the excursion to ensure you return to your hotel in a presentable way.
Yes, please note:

No, but you can include it in the booking form.
"The tour was amazing! From start to finish, everything was well organized including transportation, the tour guide and attractions. Everything went very well without any issues at all except the weather was not cooperative, otherwise it would be perfect. We were lucky to have Junior as our tour guide. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We highly recommend IguazuFall company to anyone who are interested to visit Iguazu Falls.
"This was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at Iguazu Falls, absolutely exhilarating and worth every penny. The service was excellent, and the staff were highly professional, making the entire experience seamless and memorable
"This tour was incredible! From start to finish, everything was arranged - all the transportation, the guides, the attractions. All went off without a single issue. Every single person involved was courteous and professional. The views of the falls are not to be missed. Highly recommend.
"Great trip. Great guides. It is a must to see the falls from both Argentina and Brazil. Go to Argentine side first. We stayed at the Iguazu Grand which was excellent.
"All smooth and perfect timing. Amazing day!
