Explore Puerto Iguazu, the charming gateway to the stunning Iguazu Falls. Situated at the confluence of the Parana and Iguazu rivers, this city features a prominent obelisk adorned in the colors of the Argentine flag (light blue and white), marking the national border. From this viewpoint, you can see Brazilian and Paraguayan territories, where two additional obelisks display their national colors. The Tancredo Neves International Bridge, connecting Argentina’s Puerto Iguazu to Brazil’s Foz do Iguacu, is also visible from here. This unique location is one of the few places in the world where three countries converge. It’s an ideal spot for shopping in quaint handicraft stores and enjoying the enchanting water and light show every evening at sunset. We’ll also visit Guira Oga, a wildlife refuge dedicated to rehabilitating birds of prey and caring for the native fauna of the Misiones jungle.
