a. Up to 72 hours before the start of the activity: full refund (again we indicate that in certain specific cases the term may differ from this general policy)
b. After 72 hours before the start of the activity: no refund.

No, this excursion is designed for all experience levels, including beginners. Our trained guides will provide all necessary instructions.

What should I wear for the ride?

We recommend wearing long pants, closed-toe shoes, and comfortable clothing. Bringing a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen is also advisable.

Is the tour suitable for children?

Yes, children aged 5 and older can join the ride. Younger children may need to ride with an adult.

How does the booking process work?

After booking and finalizing payment, you will receive a confirmation for your purchase. Then, in less than 24 hours, you will receive the voucher that you can use to take the excursions. If the reservation is for the next day, we will be attentive and send you the voucher before your excursion begins.

"I had such a good time at Iguazu. It is stunningly beautiful and the power of the water is awesome. Junior, who was our guide on the Argentina side, was excellent, and very helpful. He kept in touch with the boat trip team as there was some question if it would happen (water levels), took me to get the tickets and show me where to board, and really looked after me. Marcelo, who took us to Brazil, was also very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with. I must also add a note about the drivers. They were fabulous and obviously work very closely with the guides, and do everything they can to make sure you get to where you need to be. So thank you for providing me with an excellent tour of such a wonderful natural phenomenon. I have already recommended you to several people and will continue to do so.

Iguazu Falls…indeed a natural wonder !!!

"The tour in its entirety was well organized, from pick up to drop off at our hotel. Taking the Iguazu Falls Tour on the Brazilian side was a spectacular experience…from the balcony to the Devil’s Throat, the 1.5 trail offered us a panoramic view of the falls, allowed us to view the falls at different angles, hence great for photos. It entailed a lot of walking and climbing, yet it was worth the experience. For my family, the Iguazu Falls is indeed a natural wonder…another destination that’s been ticked off our bucket list. "Travel to Iguazu from Buenos Aires was easy and direct. We made transfer arrangements from the airport to our hotel in advance. Our two night stay at Gran Melia could not have been more enjoyable. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the location is superb. We enjoyed amazing views of the falls from our room, and everywhere else throughout the hotel and its grounds. A short, simple walk brought us up close to even more amazing and breathtaking views. One of the most memorable resort experiences we’ve had.
