CANCELLATION POLICY
The following penalties apply for cancellations:
DATE CHANGE POLICY
Date changes for reservations are subject to availability and price updates.
PLAN B POLICY
In case of storms with electrical activity or heavy rainfall that jeopardize the safety of individuals, and in the event of environmental conditions that prevent navigation on the river:
At La Lorenza, we do not cancel excursions due to rain. We are located in an eco-region called the Atlantic Rainforest, meaning intermittent rainfall occurs frequently, providing the jungle with renewed vitality.
For excursions involving the river, we wait for the rain to pass or proceed with rain ponchos. However, if we receive an alert for electrical activity from the Coast Guard or if there is heavy rainfall that puts people’s lives at risk, we will suspend the river activity for safety reasons. The activity will be replaced by the “La Lorenza Jungle and Culture” excursion (mate experience) on solid ground as a Plan B.
Plan B is also applied in case of environmental phenomena (e.g., rising or lowering river levels) that prevent navigation on the river.
The experience lasts approximately 3.5 to 4 hours.
Yes, the tour has a low difficulty level with no slopes, but it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Closed shoes, long pants, insect repellent, a reusable water bottle, and your passport/ID.

"My experience with Iguazufalls.com was exceptional. The communication, documentation, and service were first class. My guide was a delight and so knowledgeable, polite, and helpful, which made the whole experience so enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble and he was prompt and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company to other travellers.

It was a wonderful experience. We appreciated the tour guide being able to translate in English what he was saying. We didn't feel left out. It was a great experience for the price. The pick up was right on time and they even accommodated getting us from an airbnb. Getting across the border was easy. The tour throughout was very informative and was able to see and experience it all. The ride back was just as smooth
"We did the private Iguazu Falls tour to Argentina. The entire experience was seamless. Our guide - Jessica - was great and the booking experience was painless. Would definitely recommend!
"We had the most amazing day exploring the waterfalls by foot, boat, and helicopter! The boat ride was a thrilling (and soaking wet!) adventure, and the aerial views were absolutely breathtaking. Everything was seamless, well-organised, and fun from start to finish. Huge thanks to the team for making Joe’s birthday so special!
"Great experience! It's a one in a life experience!
