Complexo Eco Cataratas Resort by SJ is located on Rodovia das Cataratas, the main tourism corridor connecting Foz do Iguaçu with the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls, the airport and several of the destination’s major attractions.
The property combines two accommodation structures: an original hotel wing and a newer resort expansion. The newer building incorporates architectural and decorative references inspired by Tupi-Guarani culture, while the resort as a whole is surrounded by extensive green areas and designed around family leisure, wellness and recreation.
Regardless of the accommodation category selected, guests have access to the resort’s common facilities, including its swimming pools, restaurants, spa and recreational areas. The combination of a large leisure infrastructure and its strategic location makes Eco Cataratas particularly suitable for families and travelers who want to combine visits to Iguazu Falls with time enjoying the resort itself.
The resort currently distributes its accommodation between an original wing, home to the Comfort and Premium categories, and a newer structure featuring the Superior and Master categories.
The Master Suite is located in the newer resort building and offers approximately 59 m² of space for up to two guests.
It features a King Size bed, hydromassage bathtub, bathroom with double vanity and a small kitchenette with a dining table. Additional amenities include minibar, air conditioning, safe, hair dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, panoramic windows and a 43-inch Smart TV.
The suite overlooks the infinity pool area and part of the surrounding green landscape near Iguaçu National Park.
Also offering approximately 59 m², the Romantic Master Suite is designed primarily for couples and special occasions.
Its layout and principal amenities are similar to the Master Suite, including a King Size bed, hydromassage bathtub, double vanity, kitchenette, panoramic windows and views toward the infinity pool and surrounding vegetation. Bathrobes are also provided in this category.
The Superior Double offers approximately 33 m² in the newer building and accommodates up to two guests.
The room features a King Size bed, contemporary interiors inspired by Tupi-Guarani elements, panoramic windows, air conditioning, minibar, safe, hair dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi and a 43-inch Smart TV.
Views vary between the pool area, green spaces and the surrounding trees.
Designed for up to three guests, the Superior Double + 1 provides approximately 33 m² and includes one King Size bed and one Single bed.
It offers the same principal amenities and contemporary design as the Superior Double category, including panoramic windows, Smart TV, minibar, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and safe.
The Superior Double + 2 accommodates up to four guests within approximately 33 m².
It includes one King Size bed and two Single beds, making it particularly practical for families. Amenities include air conditioning, minibar, safe, complimentary Wi-Fi, hair dryer, panoramic windows and Smart TV.
At approximately 161 m², the Flat Family is the resort’s largest accommodation option and is intended for families or groups requiring significantly more space.
It combines multiple sleeping areas with a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, spacious living room, dining table, sofa bed and several Smart TVs. The accommodation can host up to five guests and maintains the contemporary design and panoramic windows found throughout the newer resort building.
Located in the original hotel structure, the Comfort Triple Twin offers approximately 18 m² and accommodates up to three guests in three Single beds.
The room includes air conditioning, minibar, telephone, 32-inch LCD TV, hair dryer, safe, work desk, complimentary Wi-Fi and bathroom amenities.
The Comfort Double is also located in the original building and offers approximately 18 m² for up to two guests.
It features a Queen Size bed together with air conditioning, minibar, telephone, 32-inch LCD TV, hair dryer, safe, work desk and complimentary Wi-Fi.
The Premium Comfort Suite offers approximately 36 m² in the original hotel structure.
It includes a separate anteroom with a sofa bed, table and chair, providing additional living space compared with the standard Comfort rooms. Amenities include air conditioning, minibar, telephone, television, hair dryer, safe, work desk and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Breakfast is available to hotel guests at Paraná Restaurant, the resort’s main dining venue, which overlooks the outdoor leisure areas and part of the surrounding landscape.

Ainu Sushi Bar specializes in Japanese and Asian-inspired dishes, while the Nespresso Café offers specialty coffee and light culinary options.
Poolside service is available through Piquiri Bar, while Tamanduá operates as a swim-up bar in the infinity pool during selected periods. Guarani Bar serves the pool area located beside the original hotel structure.
Eco Cataratas offers three main swimming pools, including an adult pool, a children’s pool and a 30-meter infinity pool.
The aquatic areas form one of the central recreational spaces of the resort.
The Árasẽ Spa provides massage and wellness treatments in a setting inspired by nature and regional cultural influences.
Guests have access to both dry and steam saunas, as well as two Jacuzzis with heated water jets.
