Experience the most spectacular panoramic views of Iguazu Falls with a guided visit to the Brazilian side of Iguazu National Park.
While the Argentine side places you among the individual waterfalls and walking circuits, the Brazilian side offers the best overall perspective of the entire Iguazu Falls system. From the panoramic walkway, you can appreciate the enormous scale of the waterfalls and see dozens of cascades spread across the Argentine side of the river.
The visit includes transportation to Iguacu National Park, assistance during the border crossing when required, access to the park transportation system and time to walk the main Brazilian trail toward the final viewpoints near Devil’s Throat.
The walking route is considerably shorter than the Argentine circuits, making this an excellent option for travelers looking for spectacular scenery without a full day of extensive walking. Nevertheless, expect some stairs, humid conditions and areas where spray from the waterfalls can be intense.
Depending on your schedule, the Brazilian side can also be combined with optional attractions such as Parque das Aves, a helicopter flight or Macuco Safari. These experiences are not included unless specifically selected and confirmed as part of your reservation.
Travelers crossing from Argentina into Brazil must carry the documentation required for their nationality. Border processing times may vary and can occasionally affect the total duration of the excursion.

Itinerary
Hotel Pick-Up
Your tour begins with pick-up from your hotel in Puerto Iguazú, Argentina, or Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil. The exact pick-up time is usually scheduled between 8:00 and 9:00 AM and will be confirmed on your voucher.
You will travel in a small group of up to 20 passengers, accompanied by a professional guide.
Border Crossing
If you are staying in Puerto Iguazú, you will cross the international border between Argentina and Brazil before reaching the national park. Your guide and driver will assist with the crossing procedures, although waiting times may vary depending on traffic and immigration controls.
Travelers staying in Foz do Iguaçu do not need to cross the international border during the tour.
All passengers are responsible for carrying the travel documents required for their nationality, including passports, visas, electronic authorizations, or any other documentation required to enter Brazil and, when applicable, return to Argentina.
Arrival at Iguaçu National Park
Once you arrive at the Visitor Center, you will enter Iguaçu National Park.
The national park entrance ticket is not included in the standard tour price, but it can be added during the booking process for a more convenient arrival.
Park admission includes use of the official internal transportation system, which connects the Visitor Center with the waterfall area and other visitor facilities.
Brazilian Waterfall Trail
The main walking route extends for approximately 1.5 km along the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls.
Unlike the Argentine side, where several circuits take visitors above and between individual waterfalls, the Brazilian side provides a more continuous panoramic view of the entire waterfall system.
Along the trail, you will stop at different viewpoints overlooking the canyon and the numerous waterfalls on the opposite side of the river.
The route includes slopes, stairs, and areas exposed to waterfall spray, so comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
Visitors with reduced mobility can use the official park transportation and access the main accessible viewpoints, although not every section of the trail may be suitable.
Final Walkway and Panoramic Viewpoints
Near the end of the trail, the route approaches the Floriano Falls area, where the sound and spray of the waterfalls become much more intense.
The final walkway provides dramatic views toward the main canyon and the Devil’s Throat area. How wet you get will depend on river levels, wind direction, and weather conditions.
We recommend carrying a lightweight rain jacket or poncho and protecting phones, cameras, passports, and other personal belongings from the water.
Elevators connect the final walkway area with the upper viewing level and visitor facilities.
Return to Your Hotel
After completing the visit, you will meet your guide and begin the return journey.
Passengers staying in Foz do Iguaçu will return directly to their hotels. Those staying in Puerto Iguazú will cross the border back into Argentina before returning to their accommodation.
Without optional activities, the expected return is usually around 2:00 PM.

If you decide to cancel the activity or excursion for any reason, the payment is non-refundable. This is a promotional rate, which is cheaper but non-refundable. Changes are not allowed.

What is the schedule?

What should I bring to the tour?
Wear comfortable walking shoes and lightweight clothing. We also recommend bringing rain protection, sunscreen, insect repellent, drinking water, and waterproof protection for your phone, camera, passport, and other personal belongings.
Can I visit both sides in one day?
Not in a group excursion, but we can do it in private. Contact us if you are interested.
Does the Tour Operate if It Rains?
Yes, the tour normally operates in the rain. However, park authorities may modify or restrict access to certain areas if weather or river conditions create a safety concern.
Can I be picked up from the airport?
Unless you are a big group (more than 12 passengers), we can’t pick you up from the airport. But we can do it in private, please contact us.
Are entrance tickets to the park included in the tour?
Entrance tickets are not included, but you can add them when making your reservation for convenience.
Is half a day enough for the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls?
For the main Brazilian Falls circuit, half a day is generally enough for most visitors. The Brazilian side is more compact than the Argentine side and focuses on panoramic viewpoints along a principal walking route. If you want to add Parque das Aves, Macuco Safari, Itaipu or a helicopter flight, you should allow additional time or choose a more complete itinerary.
Why visit the Brazilian side if I already visited Argentina?
Because the two sides offer very different visual experiences. Argentina brings you close to individual cascades and places you inside the landscape, while Brazil reveals the scale of the entire system through sweeping panoramic views. Many travelers say they only fully understand the size of Iguazu Falls after seeing both sides.
Which side has the best views of Devil's Throat?
Both offer memorable but different perspectives. The Argentine side normally takes visitors closer to the upper section of Devil’s Throat when that circuit is open, while the Brazilian side provides a dramatic panoramic view toward the main canyon and surrounding waterfalls. If Devil’s Throat is a priority, visiting both sides gives you the most complete experience.
How wet will I get on the Brazilian Falls walkway?
The amount of spray depends on river flow, wind and where you stand. The final platforms can be very wet because they approach powerful sections of the Falls. Lightweight waterproof clothing and protection for phones and cameras are useful. In warm weather many travelers enjoy the spray, but valuables should always be protected.
Can Bird Park and Iguazu Falls be visited on the same day?
Yes. Parque das Aves is located very close to the Brazilian National Park entrance, making it one of the easiest and most popular combinations. The two experiences are also complementary: the Falls provide the landscape while Bird Park focuses on Atlantic Forest wildlife and conservation. For families, photographers and wildlife lovers, this is one of our strongest recommendations.
Can I add Macuco Safari and a helicopter flight on the same day?
It can be possible with a well-planned schedule, but the exact combination depends on starting time, availability and operational conditions. If you want to include multiple activities, booking them in advance is much safer than trying to arrange everything at the park. We can also recommend whether a complete-day product is more convenient than booking each activity separately.
Do I need a passport to visit Brazil from Puerto Iguazu?
International travelers must carry valid travel documents and comply with Brazilian entry requirements for their nationality. Visa requirements can change, so this FAQ should not list a universal rule. The safest wording is to tell travelers that they are responsible for checking current passport, visa and immigration requirements before crossing the border.

"I had such a good time at Iguazu. It is stunningly beautiful and the power of the water is awesome. Junior, who was our guide on the Argentina side, was excellent, and very helpful. He kept in touch with the boat trip team as there was some question if it would happen (water levels), took me to get the tickets and show me where to board, and really looked after me. Marcelo, who took us to Brazil, was also very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with. I must also add a note about the drivers. They were fabulous and obviously work very closely with the guides, and do everything they can to make sure you get to where you need to be. Iguazu Falls…indeed a natural wonder !!!
"The tour in its entirety was well organized, from pick up to drop off at our hotel. Taking the Iguazu Falls Tour on the Brazilian side was a spectacular experience…from the balcony to the Devil’s Throat, the 1.5 trail offered us a panoramic view of the falls, allowed us to view the falls at different angles, hence great for photos. It entailed a lot of walking and climbing, yet it was worth the experience. For my family, the Iguazu Falls is indeed a natural wonder…another destination that’s been ticked off our bucket list. She gave us such close encounters with the Iguazu wild and such deep insights into the natural floral and fauna of iguazu....I can never thank you enough. She also introduced me to the lovely amazon chocolates sold at Iguazu and told me that Princess Diana had stayed at my hotel. Fantastic guide and jaw dropping views of Iguazu Falls
"We had a great tour guide - Lorena Cardenal. She was very calm, extremely knowledgeable about every little detail on Iguazú falls, flora and fauna. She and driver picked us up and dropped us at our hotel and border crossing was so easy with them. She let us spent as much time as we wanted and was cognizant of us taking rest whenever we needed. We saw both sides of Iguazu falls with her. Iguazu falls is so fantastic, no word can describe how beautiful it is and both sides have its own unique features, so see both sides as well as boat ride under water falls on Argentina side was awesome! She even made Matte for us to try, which she made and brought it for us next day. She was so gentle and caring about the park being kept clean. I highly recommend her as your private tour guide.
