Mabu Thermas Grand Resort is a large family-oriented resort located on Avenida das Cataratas in Foz do Iguaçu, with convenient road access to the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls, the international airport and the main attractions along the Cataratas corridor.
One of the resort’s defining features is its connection with the Guarani Aquifer. According to the property’s official booking platform, thermal water emerges in its pools and beach area at approximately 36°C, creating a distinctive year-round aquatic experience. The resort extends across approximately 192,000 m², including extensive leisure areas, gardens, sports facilities, restaurants, event spaces and wellness facilities.

The Master Thermas Room also offers approximately 23 m² and accommodates up to four guests.
It includes two Queen Size beds, minibar, central air conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi and a private bathroom with shower. The main difference from the standard Master category is its pool view.
The Premium Tropical Room offers approximately 28 m² and is located in the resort’s Tropical Wing.
It features two Queen Size beds, minibar, individually controlled air conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi, safe and a private bathroom with shower. The category overlooks the garden and accommodates up to four guests.
The Master Accessible Room is specifically adapted for wheelchair users and guests with reduced mobility.
The approximately 16.5 m² room accommodates up to two guests and includes a Queen Size bed positioned at an accessible height, sufficient maneuvering space for a wheelchair and an adapted bathroom with grab bars, accessible sink and shower. The room also includes air conditioning, TV, minibar, Wi-Fi and safe.
The Classic Suite offers approximately 50 m² and accommodates up to two guests.
It features a Queen Size bed, garden views, minibar, split air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe and a private bathroom. Its larger layout and more traditional décor distinguish it from the standard room categories.
The Tropical Suite offers approximately 56 m² and includes a bedroom with a King Size bed plus a separate anteroom with two sofas.
Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, work desk and private bathroom. This suite accommodates up to two guests.
The Coca-Cola Suite is a themed accommodation designed for two guests and offers approximately 66 m².
It includes a King Size bed, separate living area and bathroom with bathtub, together with Coca-Cola-inspired decorative elements throughout the suite. Amenities include air conditioning, minibar, Wi-Fi, safe, cable TV and bathroom amenities.
The resort’s main attraction is its thermal-water complex, supplied by water associated with the Guarani Aquifer.
The property features several swimming areas and a thermal beach, with water maintained at approximately 36°C according to the resort’s official information.
