Yoga and meditation in the middle of the jungle? Yes, absolutely. This amazing program was specially designed to encourage our relationship and balance with Nature in a novel and inspiring way. Intended for those seeking alternatives to improve their quality of life, eager to discover and enjoy nature in a lush environment rich in wildlife expressions.

This innovative proposal has been designed to promote the reconnection with our inner world, as experiencing the calm of Mother Nature creates a direct connection with the stillness that also resides within us. It is a unique experience that achieves its goal through Yoga practices, Meditation, and various Breathing Techniques.

Special mention deserves the cuisine of Yacutinga Lodge. Balanced, innovative dishes based on the criterion of consciously nourishing ourselves. Proper nourishment is extremely important, especially if we are seeking to regain our balance. For the preparation of our dishes, fruits and vegetables from local production are used, thus guaranteeing their freshness and healthy production, avoiding the use of pesticides or agro-toxins. Each dish is prepared with dedication in our kitchen and seeks to combine flavor, freshness, and nutrition without forgetting to incorporate a large dose of love into each preparation.

During free time, interesting optional excursions are organized along the various trails of the Yacutinga Private Reserve or along the waters of the rivers and streams that run through it. It is about environmentally interpreting the Ecology of the Subtropical Jungle, understanding its dynamics, and discovering its curiosities by exploring its peculiarities. They are ideal opportunities to observe wildlife and marvel at the thousands of colors of the Birds and Butterflies that shelter in this evergreen Jungle.

By developing these interpretive tours, we participate in a unique experience that brings us closer to our evolutionary roots and allows us to reconnect with the natural world. Through proper interpretation, Nature with its ancestral wisdom opens up a world to which we belong in our deepest essence. These activities are led by Ecologists and Environmentalists.

(*) Regarding the Orchid Rescue:

For years, the proliferation of primates has been observed in the area. The two representative species of this area of the Province of Misiones are the Capuchin Monkey (Cebus apella) and the Black Howler Monkey (Alouatta caraya). This increase in population impacts the ecology of the area, with bulbous orchids being the plant species that have suffered the greatest negative impact from being foraged by these primates very intensively. It is common to find clusters of fallen tree orchids at ground level due to the frenetic search for nutrients and mainly water provided by the juicy bulbs of Miltonia flavescens primarily.

These orchids, when they fall to the ground, tend to die due to the changed habitat. To counteract this impact, the conservationists of the Reserve have been rescuing and relocating them for years. Participating in this activity allows you to learn about the ecology of the Jungle and, as humans, make a small contribution to restoring environmental balance.

A Participation Certificate will be provided.

Fantastic guide and jaw dropping views of Iguazu Falls

"We had a great tour guide - Lorena Cardenal. She was very calm, extremely knowledgeable about every little detail on Iguazú falls, flora and fauna. She and driver picked us up and dropped us at our hotel and border crossing was so easy with them. She let us spent as much time as we wanted and was cognizant of us taking rest whenever we needed. We saw both sides of Iguazu falls with her. Iguazu falls is so fantastic, no word can describe how beautiful it is and both sides have its own unique features, so see both sides as well as boat ride under water falls on Argentina side was awesome! She even made Matte for us to try, which she made and brought it for us next day. She was so gentle and caring about the park being kept clean. I highly recommend her as your private tour guide.

Iguazu Falls in a day from a cruise ship

"Everything went very smoothly. No complaints at all! My guide Jorge was wonderful. I learned so much from him. Be prepared to walk a lot. Be sure to include the boat ride on the Argentina side. It is well worth it, but be prepared to get drenched! If you go to the Brazilian side, don’t think twice about taking the helicopter for -about $125 USD. It will give you a spectacular view even though it is a short ride. ( I didn’t have time to get to the Brazilian side to do it). I understand the hotels are wonderful, so if you go, do two days if you can. Passing all the information on to a travel agent I know to have anyone interested in going to Iguazu Falls to use this company! I flew at 6 am from Buena Aires to Iguazu Falls and flew back at 8:15! It is easily possible to do this Argentina side in a day.
