Flight Delays and Waiting Time

After landing, please proceed through immigration, customs and baggage claim and then go directly to the confirmed meeting point.

Transfers between IGR and hotels in Puerto Iguazú, or between IGU and hotels in Foz do Iguaçu, do not require an international border crossing.

Travel time depends on the hotel location, traffic and road conditions. Hotels located inside or near the national parks may have different access procedures, so please provide the complete hotel name when booking.

Cross-Border Transfers Between Argentina and Brazil

If your airport and hotel are located in different countries, the transfer includes transportation through the international border:

• IGR Airport in Argentina to a hotel in Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil
• IGU Airport in Brazil to a hotel in Puerto Iguazú, Argentina
• Cross-border transfers to hotels located near either national park

All passengers must complete the corresponding immigration and customs procedures. Border waiting times are variable and cannot be guaranteed. They may be longer during weekends, public holidays, peak travel periods or periods of heavy traffic.

Your driver will assist with the transfer logistics, but passengers remain responsible for carrying the documentation required to enter the destination country.

Approximate Transfer Duration

Transfer times vary according to the selected route:

• Transfers between an airport and a hotel in the same country are generally shorter.
• Transfers between IGR and Brazil or between IGU and Argentina require an international border crossing and take longer.
• Traffic, immigration controls, hotel location and flight arrival procedures may affect the total duration.

For this reason, cross-border transfer times and airport arrival times should never be calculated using driving distance alone.

In the event that the cancellation conditions in the product description do not differ, the provider of tourist services will charge you the following cancellation fees:
