Enjoy the Wanda Mines!
Located approximately 50 km from Puerto Iguazú, the Wanda Mines are one of the most distinctive attractions in northern Misiones. During your visit, you can explore open-pit areas and tunnels where semiprecious stones can be seen in their natural formations.
Discover amethyst, agate, quartz, topaz, and jasper, and learn how these stones are extracted, cut, polished, and transformed into jewelry and decorative pieces.
You can also visit the sales area, where jewelry, gemstones, handicrafts, and other souvenirs are available for purchase.

Itinerary
After being picked up from your hotel, you will travel to Wanda, in the province of Misiones, located approximately 50 km from Puerto Iguazú.
At the mining complex, you will join a guided visit through the open-pit areas and tunnels, where you can observe semiprecious stones in their natural state within the rock.
During the visit, you will learn about the extraction and production process, from the original mineral formations to the cutting and polishing of stones used to create jewelry, handicrafts, and decorative objects.
Among the minerals found in Wanda are amethyst, agate, quartz, topaz, and jasper, with a variety of colors and natural crystal formations.
At the end of the visit, you will have time to explore the sales area, where you can see and purchase stones, jewelry, and other locally produced souvenirs.
After the visit, you will return to your hotel.
The complete excursion has an estimated duration of approximately 4 hours, including transfers.

Excellent Way to See Iguazu Falls
" This was an excellent way to see Iguazu Falls and feel totally taken care of. Everything went really well from the initial contact to help us plan the trip to the airport transfers, flights, tour guide/driver and hotel.
