In the event that the cancellation conditions in the product description do not differ, the provider of tourist services will charge you the following cancellation fees:
a. Up to 72 hours before the start of the activity: full refund (again we indicate that in certain specific cases, the term may differ from this general policy)
b. After 72 hours before the start of the activity: no refund.

What should I bring to this tour?
Pack your most comfortable shoes and light clothing, as Iguazu can get pretty hot. Don’t forget to bring along water (which you can also purchase at the park), bug spray, and sunscreen to stay refreshed and protected under the sun.
For those of you planning to embark on the thrilling boat navigation (Great Adventure), it’s a great idea to bring a change of clothes or a swimsuit. Trust us, you’ll get soaked during the tour, but the experience will be totally worth it!
Is there a maximum for this tour?
Not at all. We can arrange a tour for any number of passengers. If necessary, we can even suggest adding another guide and dividing the group into two.
Any other suggestions?
Starting your first day with a hearty breakfast is highly recommended, as you’ll be expending a lot of energy during the day’s walking adventures. If your flight is scheduled for the early morning, our guide in Iguazu will kindly inquire if you’d like to have breakfast before heading to Iguazu.

"As a solo senior traveler it can be challenging traveling to relatively remote destinations. From pick up the return the trip went perfectly. Chris the guide was an excellent and knowledgable host. His local knowledge and experience ensured that my experience at the falls was maximized. His rapport with the Park staff meant that we were able to alter our schedule to meet changing park conditions. Julio made sure we got to our destinations safely. I got an upgrade at the Iguazu Grand Hotel and enjoyed a great dinner at the restaurant. The two day trip was well worth the money. A great experience.

A stress-free experience with knowledgeable guide
"Our experience with the tour was extremely satisfactory. The hotel pickup in Buenos Aires was on time and the driver, Franco, was friendly and made it a stress free transfer. Then, our guide, Eduardo, met us at the Iguazú airport and provided us a tour that was most informative, well-planned, and tailored to our physical capabilities. He was most accommodating and assisted us with all aspects of our 2 day tour. Additionally, he obviously knew the ins and outs of the best way to see the falls and was well known by the park personnel, restaurants and the hotel such that we felt like VIPs. Upon returning to Buenos Aires, our driver, Adrian, was waiting for us and made the last minutes of our journey enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend the tour as it was stress free and moved along seamlessly. A few recommendations I could pass along to future travelers - I would highly recommend the Grand Hotel, especially if booking the Tango show as it is in the same resort. It is located in Argentina and only a few minutes from the Brazilian border. The hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. Be sure to take along a swimsuit as the pools (3 outdoor and 1 indoor) at the Grand hotel are magnificent. One of the options I did not book was the lunch on the Argentinian side of the falls. I should have. Also, the Tango show was well worth it as it included a meal and the show was much more than expected. And, we found the Brazilian side of the falls to provide a more spectacular experience than the Argentinian side. So, if someone has only a day to do the tour, I would highly recommend the Brazilian side. And, do the lunch in the Brazilian side - it was great. Be sure to take a wide brimmed hat, water, sunscreen and bug repellent, too!

Paramount 2 day tour at Iguazu
"It was an amazing experience. My family and I enjoyed the trip a lot. Carolina and Lucia did a fantastic job with all the arrangements for the hotel and tickets, communication was always easy. The tourist guides and drivers were very friendly and on time, they gave us space when needed for photos, lunch or to enjoy the views and trails. Their experience crossing the border back and forth quickly allowed us to spend more time in the waterfalls and also have more time for local shopping in town. It could have been a nightmare just to cross the border if they weren't there. So, definitely it was worth to book the trip here. Thanks a lot everyone for making this trip to happen.

Two day visit to Iguazu falls.
"The arrangements made by Lucia Rubio were prompt and professional. The taxi and airline booking were done well. Having traveled from California, we had to prompt the taxis and agent the day before to verify the appointment to feel comfortable. But they were prompt and courteous. The tour guide was good and knowledgeable. We covered amazing views from Argentina's and Brazil’s sides of the Iguazu Falls, including a helicopter tour. The weather also cooperated to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, the trip was excellent.
