Your journey begins as soon as you arrive at the airport in Puerto Iguazú. A driver will be waiting to take you to your hotel. After checking in, the rest of the afternoon is yours to relax. You may choose to enjoy the hotel facilities, take a short walk through town, or simply rest after your trip.
After breakfast, set off on a full-day tour of the Argentinian side of Iguazú Falls. Within Iguazú National Park, you’ll follow walkways that take you close to the waterfalls from different angles. The highlight is the Devil’s Throat, where the sheer force of the water creates a roar and mist that surrounds you. Along the way, the jungle itself is part of the experience: keep an eye out for colorful butterflies, curious coatis, and exotic birds. At the end of the afternoon, you’ll return to your hotel with the sound of the waterfalls still echoing in your memory.
Today you will cross into Brazil to see the falls from another perspective. A half-day excursion takes you along panoramic trails that open up to sweeping views of the cascades. From here you can truly appreciate the scale and beauty of Iguazú in its entirety. The walk ends at a lookout point right next to one of the falls, where the spray of the water is impossible to miss. After returning to Puerto Iguazú, the afternoon is free to enjoy at your own pace or to take part in an optional activity.
This morning you’ll leave Puerto Iguazú and travel into the Yabotí Biosphere Reserve, where Puro Moconá Lodge is located. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed and given a short introduction to the property and its surroundings. After check-in, your hosts will present the range of included activities available during your stay:
Guided Jungle Treks – Walk along rainforest trails while learning about native flora and fauna.
Kayaking on Jungle Streams – Paddle through clear waters surrounded by lush vegetation and wildlife.
Birdwatching & Wildlife Observation – Spot toucans, hummingbirds, and other native species.
Canopy & Zipline – Glide above the trees and enjoy a different view of the jungle.
Nocturnal Walks – Discover the forest after dark and experience its unique sounds.
You’ll then have free time to settle in, explore the surroundings, or simply relax in the peaceful atmosphere of the jungle.
After breakfast, the day is yours to enjoy the included activities. You may choose to go trekking, kayak along the streams, try birdwatching, or opt for more adventurous options like canopy and zipline. If you prefer, you can also take the day at a slower pace and appreciate the natural setting around the lodge.
Today’s highlight is the Moconá Falls, a unique geological wonder where the river flows into a canyon, creating spectacular parallel waterfalls that stretch for several kilometers. After the excursion, you’ll still have time to take part in some of the lodge’s included activities before your last night in the jungle.
After breakfast, check out from the lodge. A transfer will take you to the airport for your onward flight.
"Travel to Iguazu from Buenos Aires was easy and direct. We made transfer arrangements from the airport to our hotel in advance. Our two night stay at Gran Melia could not have been more enjoyable. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the location is superb. We enjoyed amazing views of the falls from our room, and everywhere else throughout the hotel and its grounds. A short, simple walk brought us up close to even more amazing and breathtaking views. One of the most memorable resort experiences we’ve had.
"The day trip from Buenos Aires to Iguazu Falls was fantastic! The transfers to and from the hotel to AEP airport were great. They were reliable and on time even though we caught an earlier flight back to Buenos Aires which changed the pickup time. Your agent, Walter Guiterriz coordinated the original booking with me, and he was very professional and responsive. He also helped with the last-minute change to the return pick up time due to the earlier flight. Our local guide at the Falls was very knowledgeable and guided us such that we avoided large crowds. Overall, it was well organized, seamless and went as planned. The Falls exceeded expectations and making the trip was well worth it. Highly recommend! Thank you for providing this service.
"We wanted the 2 day tour but was only able to reach the Fall at 1:00pm. Lucia suggested doing the Brazilian side on the first day as there is only one circuit here leaving a full day to explore the various circuits on the Argentinian side plus the boat ride. Everything worked out well. The transfers from hotel/airport was smooth and the driver was waiting for us every time. Our guide Cesar for the 2 days was great. He was friendly, punctual and knows the ins and out so we spent minimal time crossing the border. The schedule and pace he set for us was just right as we were seniors. We were not disappointed with this 2 day tour and saw and experienced what we came to see. We also attended the Tango and dinner show at the Iguazu Grand and was seated right in front of the stage.
"It was one of the best worldwide experiences we have ever had. The view of the falls from above was spectacular. I can only recommend it to everyone. The service of your company was extraordinary.
"My guide was incredibly knowledgeable and flexible. We went to both sides of Iguana Falls and had an incredible time. He also gave me more recommendations about the area that I can do for the rest of my vacation
