Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the start of the activity are eligible for a full refund; cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

"Everything about the activity was magical, from the ride through the jungle, to the ride onto the waterfalls! Unforgettable experience. The staff was professional, organized and provided a very fun exhilarating experience. We saw there were many activity options, this being on the more expensive side, but it was worth every penny!
