Your 6-night journey through Argentina’s cultural and natural treasures comes to a close, but the memories will stay with you forever.
" Was looking to arrange an Iguazu Falls tour package following an Antarctica cruise this month. The big online tour companies were not as flexible about itineraries and especially tour refunds if needed in these unsettled travel times. I was a bit hesitant to book online with a relatively unknown travel agency in a foreign country but Trustpilot reviews were very positive. Emailed Magui at IguazuFalls.com and she promptly responded. She worked with us to come up with the exact itinerary & reservations we desired. Unfortunately our cruise was canceled due to Covid so we were not able to enjoy the tour Magui had arranged but she very promptly processed a full refund of our tour package. Can't recommend Magui and IguazuFalls.com too highly!
"Well organized tours and transfers in Buenos Aires and Iguazu. Pricing was transparent and customized to your interests and budget. Very pleased overall with all the services provided. Carlos was responsive to any queries and helpful in the planning. Highly recommend using them for small group tours and making arrangements in Argentina.
"Excellent. Carlos’s people took great care of us and they were very knowledgeable and professional. We would highly recommend them.
"We booked a pre-cruise 5 day package with Carlos and team and couldn't be happier. Carlos responded quickly to every email and altered the itinerary with our every request, once we confirmed and booked we never had another worry. Everything ran so smoothly, from the pickup at the airport, the hotel choices, the tours, to the transport to the cruise terminal.
"I wanted to plan a trip of a life time as a central part of our cruise to Anartica. I wanted us to visit IGUAZU FALLS and see a bit of Buenos Aires. After some internet research I found Carlos Tinca and asked for a quote. Carlos provide a very reasonable quote that met our needs. He also asked if we needed help with any other plans. Not being familiar I outlined to Carlos our time line from arrival in Buenos Aires. Not knowing what else we may be interested in or what else there was to do I let Carlos suggest several options. After corresponding via several emails we settled on an itenerary. This turned out to be a trip of a lifetime, and when there was a problem, Carlos and his team were always available and had a solution for everything. There was no problem they could not resolve even though the problem were not of there making, Carlos and his team went beyond their responsibility to make everything right. The tour of Buenos Aires was exactly what was promised; and the Tango Dinner / Wine tasting was amazing. The meal and Tango performance were more than we expected, and definitely beyond anything we could have come up with on our own.As for our trip to the Falls, everything from the transportation, the hotel to the trip to the falls, everything could not have gone betterAll this is to say, if we were to visit South America again, I would not hesitate to contact Carlos again, he and his team are the best I have ever worked with.
