- Night: 6
- Ibera Wetlands, Iguazu Falls
Enjoy the incredible Iguazu Falls and extend your visit to the amazing Ibera Wetlands, staying at Rincon del Socorro Lodge
For those bicycle enthusiasts, we have developed a special program that includes two biking tour activities. The program includes visiting both sides of the Iguazu Falls, both the Argentinean and Brazilian sides, but it combines these activities with biking through the jungle trails. The program could also be adapted to just two nights, just contact us and we will arrange it for you.
Arrival at Iguazu, either at Puerto Iguazu airport on the Argentine side (IGR) or at the airport located on the Brazilian side, in Foz do Iguaçu (IGU). We will be there to transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, we will begin the visit to the Brazilian National Park, but on a biking tour. Indeed, during this excursion, you will marvel at one of nature’s wonders, the Iguazu Falls. The starting point for this journey is at the Visitors Center of the Iguazú National Park, where our guide will greet the cyclists, providing a brief orientation and bike adjustments, along with instructions on how to comfortably wear your helmet for a smooth and enjoyable ride. The route, commencing at the Park’s Visitors Center, spans 11.5 km, with the initial 1.2 km traversing a pathway accessible only by bike or foot, allowing you to appreciate the beauty within Iguazú National Park. Passing by the old dam park, along the São Joao river, we continue along the park road, admiring the stunning landscape. Throughout the tour, a monitor will accompany you, ready to assist with any minor bike-related issues that may arise. The route is fairly easy, ensuring a pleasant journey. Additionally, we may make brief stops within the park to capture photos of the local flora and fauna, and the park’s inhabitants, should we be fortunate enough to encounter them. Please note, wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. We will handle the bicycle return, granting you the freedom to continue exploring the park without concern for bike retrieval. If you opt for the extension, the guide will accompany you during your visit to the Brazilian side of the Iguazu Falls until you return to your hotel. Once back at the hotel, you have the option to book any of the evening activities listed below.

After breakfast, we will visit the Argentine side of the magnificent Iguazu Falls. It’s an extensive park with various trails and interesting routes, basically divided into three parts: the Upper Circuit, the Lower Circuit, and the Devil’s Throat walkway, where you can enjoy a unique and incomparable view. To access there, you can use the Ecological Jungle Train.
Explore the available options to add some adrenaline to your visit by including the Great Adventure, which is an activity combining a jungle ride in a 4×4 and a boat ride that takes you directly beneath the waterfall. It’s a unique experience that will leave you soaked!
Return to the hotel, and once again, you can add a dinner to enjoy the evening in Iguazu.
After breakfast, we will embark on our second biking tour early in the morning, exploring the fantastic Yaguareté Circuit amidst the jungle near Iguazu Falls.
This rugged bike ride takes us through a path nestled within the Iguazú National Park. Starting early maximizes the chances of spotting small mammals, birds, and butterflies, while also allowing us to appreciate and understand the environment and its conservation.
Our journey commences at the Gendarmerie post on National Route 101, a dirt road linking Puerto Iguazú with Comandante Andresito for approximately 70 km, frequented by settlers, tourists, and locals visiting their families. We pedal 2 kilometers along the route before veering left onto the trail, continuing for an additional 3 kilometers until we reach the banks of the Iguazú River. Longer distances can be covered based on the clients’ physical fitness levels.
Interpretive stops punctuate our route before retracing our path back to the Gendarmerie post for breakfast/snacks. The estimated duration is 4 hours.
The package includes all-terrain bicycles, helmets, gloves, accident insurance, and civil liability coverage. Hydration and cereal bars are also provided.
Difficulty level: medium-high.
Following the tour, return to the hotel and enjoy free time until your transfer to the airport.
"the company worked with us to change flights a few times due to cancellations out of Ushaia. Also our guide was great and very helpful!
"Lucia at RipioTurismo did an excellent job arranging my three day Iguazu falls tour from Buenos Aires. Everything was included, except meals. All transport and tour arrangements were executed very well. It was very easy to communicate with the tour operator before and during my trip.
"We had a great tour guide - Lorena Cardenal. She was very calm, extremely knowledgeable about every little detail on Iguazú falls, flora and fauna. She and driver picked us up and dropped us at our hotel and border crossing was so easy with them. She let us spent as much time as we wanted and was cognizant of us taking rest whenever we needed. We saw both sides of Iguazu falls with her. Iguazu falls is so fantastic, no word can describe how beautiful it is and both sides have its own unique features, so see both sides as well as boat ride under water falls on Argentina side was awesome! She even made Matte for us to try, which she made and brought it for us next day. She was so gentle and caring about the park being kept clean. I highly recommend her as your private tour guide.
"Everything went very smoothly. No complaints at all! My guide Jorge was wonderful. I learned so much from him. Be prepared to walk a lot. Be sure to include the boat ride on the Argentina side. It is well worth it, but be prepared to get drenched! If you go to the Brazilian side, don’t think twice about taking the helicopter for -about $125 USD. It will give you a spectacular view even though it is a short ride. ( I didn’t have time to get to the Brazilian side to do it). I understand the hotels are wonderful, so if you go, do two days if you can. Passing all the information on to a travel agent I know to have anyone interested in going to Iguazu Falls to use this company! I flew at 6 am from Buena Aires to Iguazu Falls and flew back at 8:15! It is easily possible to do this Argentina side in a day.
"Jala, our guide as fantastic - fun, informative and attententive. The bus driver was great. All went well.
Yes, it´s possible of course. Just check with us for special rates during holidays
