Our three-night program includes classic visits to both national parks to see the Iguazu Falls, both from the Argentine and Brazilian sides. Both parks are excellent and offer different perspectives of the same natural attraction. Declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site and one of the New Seven Natural Wonders of the World, the Iguazu Falls are a must-see during your visit to South America. To this traditional program, we add a very interesting activity at the La Lorenza complex, located very close to Puerto Iguazu, where you can enjoy nature and learn more about Yerba Mate, the typical traditional drink of Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, and southern Brazil: Mate.

After breakfast, we will start our second visit in the area of Iguazu Falls. We will visit the argentinian side of the falls. Yes, the Nationa Park is called Parque Nacional Iguazu, and offers around 8 kilometers of walkways in three primary circuits: the Devil’s Throat, accessible via the Ecological Jungle Train, the Lower Circuit, and the Upper Circuit. The excursion commences with our guide picking you up from your hotel. Transportation to the park, inclusive of admission, marks the inception of the trail exploration. The excursion spans the entire day, concluding at approximately 5:00 p.m. Naturally, you have the option to incorporate an activity such as the Great Adventure, blending a jungle truck tour with a boat excursion culminating beneath the cascades, enriching your visit with adrenaline. Following this, return to the hotel and enjoy your evening with optional activities like attending a Tango Show or indulging in a gastronomic affair with The Argentine Experience.
Finally, after breakfast, we will begin our last activity. It starts with pick-up by our vehicle from your hotel, to take you to La Lorenza. Once there, we venture into a jungle trail, abundant in plant and bird species. Along this interpretative walk, we invite you to observe some natural processes that make this ecosystem so dynamic and unique. A typical Misiones-style house is the perfect place to delve into the local culture and present our national drink: mate. In front of a small fire, we prepare with our own hands this popular infusion. We share the history and tradition of this popular beverage: the Guarani, the influence of the Jesuits, the current production of yerba mate, and the secret importance of this infusion for Argentinians. The visit concludes in our gallery overlooking the imposing Paraná River, with something delicious to taste.
The route has no slopes and is of LOW difficulty. Please inform in advance of health problems and allergies, as well as dietary restrictions. The tour is not available for children under 6 years old.
The activity lasts between 3 and 3.5 hours, plus the time it takes for transfers. So, we can conclude that it is a 5-hour activity. It can be done in the morning between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm or in the afternoon from 4:00 to 7:30 pm (in winter, the activity is done from 2:30 to 6:00 pm).
Return to the hotel.
Breakfast and free time until your transfer to airport. If you´re leaving the area late in the afternoon or in the evening, you can add any of the following optional activities!
"the company worked with us to change flights a few times due to cancellations out of Ushaia. Also our guide was great and very helpful!
"Lucia at RipioTurismo did an excellent job arranging my three day Iguazu falls tour from Buenos Aires. Everything was included, except meals. All transport and tour arrangements were executed very well. It was very easy to communicate with the tour operator before and during my trip.
"We had a great tour guide - Lorena Cardenal. She was very calm, extremely knowledgeable about every little detail on Iguazú falls, flora and fauna. She and driver picked us up and dropped us at our hotel and border crossing was so easy with them. She let us spent as much time as we wanted and was cognizant of us taking rest whenever we needed. We saw both sides of Iguazu falls with her. Iguazu falls is so fantastic, no word can describe how beautiful it is and both sides have its own unique features, so see both sides as well as boat ride under water falls on Argentina side was awesome! She even made Matte for us to try, which she made and brought it for us next day. She was so gentle and caring about the park being kept clean. I highly recommend her as your private tour guide.
"Everything went very smoothly. No complaints at all! My guide Jorge was wonderful. I learned so much from him. Be prepared to walk a lot. Be sure to include the boat ride on the Argentina side. It is well worth it, but be prepared to get drenched! If you go to the Brazilian side, don’t think twice about taking the helicopter for -about $125 USD. It will give you a spectacular view even though it is a short ride. ( I didn’t have time to get to the Brazilian side to do it). I understand the hotels are wonderful, so if you go, do two days if you can. Passing all the information on to a travel agent I know to have anyone interested in going to Iguazu Falls to use this company! I flew at 6 am from Buena Aires to Iguazu Falls and flew back at 8:15! It is easily possible to do this Argentina side in a day.
"Jala, our guide as fantastic - fun, informative and attententive. The bus driver was great. All went well.
