"Before our cruise, we, a group of 7, came a week earlier to Buenos Aires. We had Carlos to arrange everything including transfers, flights (to Iguazu) and all accommodations, and a one-week itinerary to visit Iguazu Falls and Buenos city. Everything was well arranged. We are very happy of their service. We had 4 days in Iguazu. The Falls were amazing. We came from Canada and I had been Niagara Falls for 3 times. However, Iguazu is still a must-see if you visiting Argentina. Do not miss it. Local private guide accompanied with us all time and she was well knowledge and responsible. The Loi Suites Hotel was great. We visited both sides, Argentina and Brazil, and recommend it if you have time. Different ways of seeing the falls. In Buenos Aires, we saw the tango show, Tigre boat tour, city tour to Buenos Aires and guided visit to Colon Theatre. They were all private tour, in our own private tour bus. Our private guides (Fernanda, Ailen, etc) were awesome. We stayed in Loi Suites Recoleta. The hotel was located just right besides the Recoleta cemetery, which is a well-known tourist attraction. The area had a modern mall with McD and starbucks, and a lot of local restaurants and stores within walking distance. You did not need to stay in hotel and eat all the time. On weekend, there even a street market (like a flea market) outside the cemetery, where you could find a lot of local crafts and souvenirs to purchase. I highly recommend to stay in that hotel. After our cruise, we also had Carlos to arrange all the transfers between cruise terminal, hotel and airport.None of us was able to speak Spanish. We were happy to have somebody local and accompanied with us all the time. All guides were fluent in English. A peace of mind in a foreign place where we could not even read any signs. Carlos were very responsive through emails and WhatsApp. He tried to solve any problems we faced. We are well satisfied of his and all the guides services.
Depends on the number of nights you plan to stay, but usually is around a 20% of discount at the hotel in Iguazu, and a free upgrade at the hotel in Buenos Aires.
